　　Right：她被邀请去参观了一个工厂。

　　“要求”is to put forward a proposal or condition in the hope of having it carried out and fulfilled. One can say 要求去参观一个工厂. With a preposition “被”, the meaning of the sentence is that she has been invited to a factory for a visit. The proper word is “邀请”.
